Anton Remodel
“I am thrilled beyond words with everything in regards to this project. To have the ultimate trust in someone from start to finish on how they approach the project, conduct themselves during the project, the care and detail taken throughout is what gave me peace of mind along the way. I called you for a reason because I knew that was how you would operate and of course was not disappointed. You did it the right way.”

BEFORE PHOTOS
The goal of the project was to give the entire home a face lift. This included removing a wall between the kitchen and dining area to create better flow and expanding a half bath to a full bath. New siding and gutters were added because it made tied into replacing the windows and exterior doors. The client had an established wish list for the project. However, as the client, builder and designer met with each sub contractor the initial ideas were expanded. Upon completion, some of the additions ended up as the customer’s favorite features.

PROPOSED
DESIGN
Once the final design of the new kitchen and larger bathroom were determined, 929 Design worked with the client to select all of the materials. This included plumbing and electrical fixtures, flooring choices, paint colors, siding and much more. Having every thing selected before starting the project kept everything running smoothly.

UNDER
CONSTRUCTION
The clients moved out of the home through most of the construction. This allowed the sub contractors to complete their portions of the work all at one time which saved time and money. During the construction phase, the closet doors were reframed to accommodate bi-fold vs. the old by-pass doors. New windows and a new high efficient heating and cooling system were installed.

COMPLETED PROJECT
The new warm colors have created a comfortable and inviting almost new home. The new gas fireplace, flat screen TV, surround sound plus whole house audio have given the family a great space to gather together. The granite island, ceramic tile backsplash and oil rubbed bronze hardware added beauty and function.
